Pi-View

Single-Molecule Quantification

PROTEINA’s Pi-View delivers high-level information extending to the single-molecule level, derived from PPI data detected on the Pi-Chip.
PROTEINA’s single-molecule analysis algorithm accurately converts PPI information into digital data.
The results can be flexibly utilized according to the user's objectives, including images, analytical values, and visualization data.

  • 1. Acquire fluorescence signals at the single molecule level using the TIRF (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence) optical system

  • 2. Selectively analyze only PPI caused by proteins on the substrate surface through imaging within 150 nm of the Pi-Chip surface

  • 3. Provides autofocusing and Pi-Chip full scanning functions
