The Proteina platform is a complete, integrated solution comprising sample chip and reagents, pipette station, and our high-throughput, single-molecule PPI imaging instrument. The workflow integrates with conventional histology methods to deliver robust, reproducible spatial omics data quickly. The automated system can measure 40 different metrics in one batch, accelerating the identification of target PPIs.

Generating valuable data

The scale of the Proteina platform enables us to generate large volumes of PPI data quickly. The resulting database—with data comparable across time, venue, and patient—is a powerful tool for researchers developing new biomarkers.
