Suppressing non-specific binding provides true-positive signal at high confidence & sensitivity

Chip design is imperative for accurate quantification of proteins and their complexes.
The use of polyethylene glycol (PEG) coating on chips can prevent non-specific adsorption of proteins.
However, due to the delicate nature of this material, mass-producing these chips while maintaining
high quality has traditionally been a challenge.
Leveraging 10 years of research and experience, PROTEINA has developed PEG coating conditions that
can be utilized for a wide range of sample types and conditions. To ensure consistently high quality
across all chips, PROTEINA employs a standardized QC method that thoroughly investigates each chip.
This approach has paved the way for stable mass production of PEG-coated chips manufactured in PROTEINA
production facilities.
